“I previously gave this place a great review but I guess time truly tells. After having some break issues that were resolved, I noticed my shark fin antenna was damaged. After reaching out on multiple occasions, I went up there. I made contact with Daryl, it went down hill from there. Instead of looking at the damage objectively, he decided to make it about how he couldn’t have missed this. Well, you did! You can clearly see this damage has discoloration. That was not done yesterday, Sir! After a week of the run around, he finally says, my claim was denied due to it couldn’t be proven the damage occurred prior to purchase(lets look at the tape). I should speak with his superiors, if I want to appeal the decision. I was unaware that insurance claim issues are resolved by the sales department and not an actual insurance company or division. I’m %1000 sure this damage occurred prior to me buying this car. I’ve requested the video of me pulling in front of the dealership and off the lot. That request has not been addressed throughout this process. In closing, Lenny was a good dude, but I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. Given, I paid 27 grand for this vehicle, I would have expected much more from a reputable dealership. Integrity is priceless. Daryl could’ve doubted me all along, but the age of the damage and the video tape of me driving in front of the dealership, I’m sure speaks for itself. Make sure you record, the interior and exterior of any car you’re about to buy. It be scammers out here!”

“Collin & Kyle were the best to work with! No pressure involved and very transparent and helpful with providing what I was looking for. I came back after test driving and discussion and decided to purchase two vehicles, instead of one! My daughter and myself are very happy!
