“My 2 vehicle purchased this year, and the 2nd one was complete garbage. Within just 2 weeks of the purchase. My car has gone back to them with the same issues they lied about fixing. I was told by another dealer that the 2023 sold had water damage. The seats are rusted out, and it sounds pretty bad. They seem to want to help, but it’s really about the commission they receive for sales. IF YOU PURCHASE AFTER THE AUGUST FLOODING PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE. Awaiting someone in the customer relations department to call. If I don’t hear anything. I have enough proof to go straight to court. Bring your own mechanic to make for sure the vehicle you’re purchasing has no water damage, because they’re way too good at lying.”

“Yvonne/Ivonne in the sales department was exceptionally helpful, professional, friendly, and answered all my questions to boot! I called to check on the status of a reserved car in transit, and she helped me understand how to move forward effeliciently and promptly with the purchase process once the car arrives. Five stars for Yvonne/Ivonne (whose name I may be misspelling). Very helpful. She even quelled my millenial desire to have things happen today/now. Much appreciated.”

“Selling my minivan was very easy at CarMax. It was easy to fill out the form online and I got the offer quickly. It was more than I expected. Going to their location and sealing the deal was a breeze. I got every penny of the offer plus a free UBER ride home was included. I would definitely sell another car at CarMax in the future.”

“I highly recommend the Waukesha carmax for their honesty and professionalism. Jeremy took the time to explain each necessary detail to us and did an exceptional job. He double checked to make sure everything was spelled correctly. We drove from out of state and he was very attentive. I love the new BRZ we purchased.
