“My online experience was decent. All the ladies I worked with were wonderful. The assistant that helped me in the store was great. My express checkout turned into a 2hr checkout due to the manager attempting to find issues with my documents despite my completing and esigning before I arrived.”

“I have purchased several vehicles from CarMax and the experiences have all been good. This last purchase went smoothly. The sales rep was new, but he had great help and was very good with us. My bank had a little issue with the exact purchase price, but CarMax just gave me a check for the over payment and that was taking care of. My only issue this time was that there was some type of residue on the windshield and the wipers were worn out. It was dark with rain and snow by the time we finished everything and that 45-minute drive home on the interstate was not fun at all. The windshield was just smearing. I feel they should have checked that before letting us have the car. The car itself is wonderful, and we are very happy with it.”

“This was my first CarMax purchase. Transferred a Texas car to Waukesha, walked in and made a purchase. It was relatively smooth. I worked with a lot of people so it was kind of a blur. I'm leaving a review primarily for the service department. My new to me SUV was handled with care. Matthew Vahl and the service department took really good care of me. There was an issue with the dealership that part of the labor was sublet to, and CarMax worked with me and I felt for the first time in a long while that they had my best interest at heart. I own more automotive intellectual property than anyone else in the state of Wisconsin. Most people treat me as a regular customer, and I try to be a "regular customer". Matt and team went above and beyond for me. I really appreciated that.”
