DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!! If I could give this zero stars, I would. I bought a car from them a few years back. I made a huge mistake and I didn't test drive it. I trusted the salesperson because I knew them through a friend. I totally got screwed over when it came to this car. I've been going back to this dealership because I had free oil changes that came with buying my car. A couple times now they have tried to use fear to get me to spend thousands of dollars in repairs. I do have some knowledge about cars, as my dad works on them his whole life. I also have very good mechanic, friends. That being said I went there for my last and final free oil change on 11/14/2025. The lady that checked me in in the service department comes out and tries to tell me that my side arms on my chevy sonic were bowed out and yes, she used that term, and that my tires will eventually just fall off that I have a severe oil leak and my water pump is leaking. I immediately called my mechanic. He laughs and says sidearms, don't bow out and about the other things he'll take a look at them on Sunday. The service lady said for twenty two dollars, they could put a dye in it to check my oil leak. I said, go ahead, thirty minutes goes by. She brings me my key, and says you're good to go. I said, well, what's the update on the oil leak? She said oh, we'll check that the next time you come for an oil change. I said I won't be back here for an oil change. Had I known that before, I would have told you no, so I just wasted twenty two dollars. Well today my mechanic looked at it. There was 0 trace of any dye being put in. He could not find it with his UV light anywhere even on the oil dipstick. My side arms look brand new, and they do not look like there is any issue with them whatsoever!!!!! He did find where my car is slightly leaking oil from the oil pan seal or gasket, which he can fix when he does my oil change next. There may be an issue with the water pump which we've already suspected, because this specific car has coolant issues, and I've already had to replace the water pump a year and a half ago. So not only did they scam me. They lied to me and tried to fear monger me into spending thousands of dollars!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!!!!

Took my wife's Camaro SS, which she meticulously maintains and details, in for warranty repair work. The first time we went to pick it up it was covered in dirt, left it there. They "detailed" it and when we went to pick it up the second time it was now covered with scratches from someone improperly removing all the dirt from the painted (and even decaled) surfaces. We will be taking it to our detailer and hopefully he will be able to buff it out. Repairs were done right, but getting our vehicle back dirty, then severely scratched, I would not recommend taking anything there until their construction is done. I will not take anything to their service department ever again due to how this situation was handled. Their sales manager, however, acknowledged the issues and did what he could (service was not there either time we came to pick up), unfortunately service only contacted us once and it was our service advisor who seemed like we were an inconvenience telling us we could come get it. Sales might be worth a shot, but the service department fell way short. Do better Boucher.

Ill start from the top. I initially went in to talk with Tim about a possible trade in, things didn't work out and i was fine with that. Which was about 1 month ago. But i then got a letter in the mail stating that they could make me an "aggressive" offer as they are looking for vehicles for their new used car lot. I was so excited at the thought of getting myself into a newer vehicle😭. I owe about 19k on my current car but with the new car it would have been about 35k total they would have made a nice profit on me getting this new vehicle but they were more worried about the current vehicle and what they could lose. They asked me for a 5k-7k downpayment to get in the new vehicle due to my old vehicle. I understand but at the same time yall would have been paying out 19k (and even less if i were to get my extended warranty refunded ) but gaining about 13k and then some from me getting the new vehicle. I was just very disappointed and got my hopes up for nothing. I had the loan and everything ready to go as well. Just to be told "no" pretty much. Maybe this is my sign to move on from the "chevy brand" I've only driven chevy's but after this vehicle is done being paid off i think its for a change in vehicle brand - essentially one that holds its value. Haha, not even the "brand" want the vehicle back unless its for cheap, that says a lot lol. Tim was nice though. I guess it would have pained them to much and been a "big" loss for them🤷🏽‍♀️. *Only gave Two stars for Tim good Service*
