“Purchased a vehicle from them back in July. They assured me over the phone multiple times that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, but when I arrived there was obvious damage to the rear (the rear bumper was hanging off and had to be clipped down before I could leave). The only reason I went through with the purchase is because they gave a good discount after "discovering" that, and because they claimed the car still had its factory warranty. However, 5 months later I found out that the front bumper had been swapped with a non OEM bumper before I had purchased it, making it so that I am unable to get warranty work done. They have spent the last week avoiding my calls, and when they do pick up they tell me there's nothing that can be done. Very shady business, completely misrepresented the vehicle.”

“This dealership is ran by some of the nicest people I’ve ever met at a car dealership. Specifically I had the pleasure of working with Andy, awesome dude, he was super helpful and informative. I had been visiting for months and finally the perfect car for me turned up, I randomly stopped by Tuesday, had a quick chat with Andy where he showed me the model 3’s he just ordered in. One was just what I was looking for, 2020, long range, AWD, 100k miles. Today is Wednesday and I’ve made it back home with the coolest car I’ve ever bought. I cannot wipe the grin off my face and cannot recommend these guys enough. If you want to have the best dealership experience possible, you should buy your next car here! Update: I was so confident buying the vehicle from them that I handed the check over without even sitting in it first, I noticed on the way home that my front passenger window button (for the driver) was broken. Apparently it’s somewhat common for this model, I let my sales guy Andy know and he ordered the part to fix it, stopped by yesterday while I was in Illinois for another reason and they had it fixed in 30 minutes!”

“Very pleased with this dealership. I found the vehicle on CarGurus.com and requested more info. Oscar Salinas called to help me immediately. I requested a time slot the next day and he was very prompt to reply. He was very patient and honest. The car was shipped and arrived the next day. Once the driver dropped it off, I inspected the vehicle thoroughly. It was exactly as described. And he sent me pictures, beforehand, of the dings so to not be surprised when it arrived. But all the dings and pictures were available on the website. I really appreciated his eagerness to be honest through the entire sales experience. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from Oscar.”
