10/10 experience. Chase was especially attentive and understanding, knowing how anxious I was to get my vehicle back. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure my Jeep was returned to me in a timely, professional, and seamless manner—with all issues fully resolved. I saw a truck on their website that I wanted to look at, and more than likely was going to purchase, but when I called them they said it was a ghost truck and didn't know what I was talking about, then immediately tried to upsell me into something allot more than what I was originally looking at over the phone. When I actually arrived to the lot CSR's were avoiding me like they didn't want to sell anything. there were plenty of people to around to help me but they just turned a blind eye. Meh, I took my money up the road and started someone else's year off better.

Just moved to area and left the cap off from oil change. 30 years of oil changes other places and the first. They can teach their mechanics a way to prevent it. Then told estimated time to clean up and parts be 2 hrs. Go in and 1 hr 45 min asked approx how long on sat am, was not put as priority for their mess up and rude girl taking customers had opacity to make statement don't know how tell time when she could have attempted to see. Told GM would call next work day by sales manager and never did. Now sit here awaiting check from the oil change reimbursement after 2 months still which should of been sent and was told sent out, then if didn't get come pick up, after call yesterday then follow up again since no call yesterday told check went out yesterday and be in mail next week, disregarded I wanted reimbursed back to card due to bank not in area as just moved. If don't receive next week will notify the BBB. A place that can't get their business together or contradicts or chooses to change or cover up their words and not focus on good cutomer service is not a good place and I found a better place not far from. Advice, Look elsewhere.

Sean was extremely helpful,professional and very understanding what we needed and got the perfect truck for my family. not only that we were able to look at it and take it home within the same day, even as they stayed over there time to make sure. very pleased especially after our issues prior with a different dealership!
