âJust bought my Lexus TX 350 from Lexus of Watertown, and Iâm still blown away by how good the entire experience was. This dealership doesnât just sell cars. They treat you like youâre walking in for a VIP appointment.
My salesperson Zin was incredible from the first conversation. Clear communication, zero pressure, and he actually knew every detail about the car I was looking at. The finance officer was just as sharp. The whole process moved so smoothly that I never felt lost for even a second.
What really impressed me was the teamwork. It wasnât just one or two people helping me. The entire staff knew I was there to buy a TX 350, and everyone played a part. Different team members stepped in with solutions, ideas, and support. You can feel that theyâre organized and genuinely focused on getting you the right deal instead of pushing you into something you donât want.

When I bought the Lexus RZ, I thought I was stepping into the future a smooth, luxurious, worry-free EV experience powered by the Lexus name.
Instead, what I got was an ongoing battle with a battery that refuses to behave and a brand that refuses to listen.
Let me paint the picture.
Chapter 1: The Night the Battery Broke My Trust
Most people worry about winter tires.
With the Lexus RZ, I worry about winter *temperatures*.
One night, at 17°F, I checked the dash:
* 93% battery, yet only 166 miles of range
* Driving gently at 36 mph, and still watching the range crumble
You would think thatâs the worst of it.
Then came the next week10°F outside.
My screen proudly announced:
79% battery left
Only 133 miles of range
At that point, it didnât feel like an EV.
It felt like a countdown timer.
Chapter 2: The Mystery of the Missing Efficiency
I turned to the Trip Information screen hoping for answers.
Instead, I found numbers that should honestly be printed in the brochure as a warning:
2.6 mi/kWh (latest)
4.4 mi/kWh (previous best)
The âhistory chartâ looked like a row of tiny blue apologies.
For a Lexus, this isnât just disappointingâ
itâs baffling.
Chapter 3: The Range Anxiety Lexus Forgot to Mention**
A simple grocery trip feels like planning a moon mission.
Every mile driven comes with a mental calculation:
âHow much battery did that cost me?â
Long drives?
Forget it. I donât even think about them anymore.
I didnât buy a luxury EV to feel chained to a charger.
Yet here I am.

No one at Lexus is helping.
Not the dealership.
Not customer service.
Not the brand that promises âThe Relentless Pursuit of Perfection.â
Iâve reached out again and again.
Iâve shared photos, screenshots, detailed explanations.
And every time, I feel like Iâm shouting into an empty room.
Or worseâinto an empty brand.
â Final Chapter: Regret
I bought the Lexus RZ expecting innovation.
What I got was:
* A battery that collapses in cold weather
* Range that feels unpredictable and unsafe
* Efficiency numbers that make no sense
* Silence from the very company that sold it to me
If youâre considering a Lexus RZ, I strongly recommend doing your homework and looking elsewhere you don't want to Pay $907- Monthly instalment, and $11000- Fuel cost (electric Charging) + insurance as always. I wish someone had written a review like this before I bought mine.
This EV promised luxury but delivered frustration.â
