“Everyone at Shaker's Family Ford Lincoln in Watertown CT was very friendly and knowledgeable. Within a minute or two of walking in we were greeted by June Mariani who is a product specialist and she asked if she could help us. I told her that we wanted to look at a 2026 Lincoln Corsair Advanced AWD level 3 and she immediately showed us that type of car. She was able to answer all my questions and offered information that I hadn't thought to ask about. June offered to set up a test drive and had a car brought to the front of the dealership in minutes. She also offered us water and coffee while we waited. My wife and I were both impressed with the rich feel of the Corsair and I was most interested in trying out the front and rear camera parking aids. June had me drive to a nearby parking lot where I was able to experiment with parking the Corsair and was very pleased by how much the cameras helped. We loved the car and decided on Black Metallic exterior and black interior. We had a 2019 Lincoln MKC to trade in and the entire process was seemless and quick. When we were ready to head home with the car June took time to set up the Lincoln Way app and install the new car in the app. She also spent time in the car familiarizing me with operating the controls and recommended setting the drive control to Slippery since it was snowing.
