“I am not exaggerating in saying that this was one of the best auto purchase experiences I've had. The salesman Paul didn't push me into something beyond my means, he guided me to the best deal at my price point and stated goals. I got a very good price on a 2025 Ford Explorer and a very good trade-in offer on my 2019 Ford F250. Even my experience in the finance office was excellent- Eric answered all of my questions and didn't get impatient when I read the contracts before signing them. They offer a number of things you can buy for the vehicle in the form of paint protection and extended warranty and prepaid service and I did choose to purchase the latter two, because the prices for those were entirely fair and I got a much better out the door price than I had anticipated so I felt I could afford it. I'm hoping I grow old with this car and I have it to my last day but if I don't I will absolutely come back to Shaker Ford to get my next vehicle.”
