âRegina,
In a world where insensitivity often feels common, it is a blessing to encounter genuinely kind people like you. Words cannot fully express how grateful I am for your support. Even though I didnât have many questionsâjust my truth and transparencyâyou still offered your professional expertise, your calming presence, and your guidance throughout the entire vehicle-purchase process.
I came in set on one vehicle, but as you reminded me, âGodâs got me.â And He truly didâHis plans were greater and far more favorable than I imagined.
Thank you again, Regina. I sincerely appreciate you.
P/s - I named my vehicle "Resilience;" it speaks to my character and this season of my life. In closing, it feels like a hug from heaven every time I get in to drive đ˘đ
Respectfully,
Dr. Lesley R. Caldwellâ

âThis was my first time at this location. They were kind and professional throughout the process. Mike was awesome and so was everyone else. I came to drop off my car for maintenance and was truly pleased by the excellent communication. I was notified throughout the routine check up and no charge was added without my written approval. So no sudden price changes and or unauthorized work was done. Great experience all around! Thank you guys again!! I will deff recommend and be back myself if needed.â

âRegarding my experience with the service department only:
I was a little taken aback with my most recent experience.
I brought my car in to get an estimate on replacing the AC manifold assembly, as it had an obvious hole in it. I identified it needed to be replaced and simply wanted an estimate to remove and replace the part and recharge the AC.
I was told they couldn't give me an estimate on replacing the part and recharging the system without it first being looked at by a technician. I said okay.
Shorlrty thereafter, the technician looked at the car, confirmed that it needed the part that I identified, and the cost to fix this hose assembly and recharge the system was going to be $2,300.
I explained that this estimate was significantly more than I anticipated. I thanked them, declined the repair, and went to get my vehicle.
I was then charged $205.00 to have them quote the repair because the technician looked at it. I thought this was excessive to confirm an already identified issue. I should have clarified this charge upfront. I did not.
I did ask to speak with the GM, but he was too busy at that moment, with people in his office.
The positives:
Ralph, the service writer, was kind and did get me in right away, which I appreciated.
The service support person, Melissa, was very helpful in getting my car back to me.
The facility was clean and neat with what appeared to be an efficient system for moving vehicles through the check-in line.
This was a learning experience for me, and in the future, I will ask more questions.
Conclusion:
Later, I found that the average rate for this repair is about $1,200.
In all fairness to the dealership, modern freon is a significant cost in this repair.â
