“WATCH for all of these things when purchasing from these PEOPLE: 1) make sure your buy rate(Apr) from the lender is a difference of 2% from the dealer MARKUP rate. (Ex bank approves you at 8% and dealer marks it up for their federal reserve profit to 11%) don’t do it! Because the Loan to value of car will put you in a terrible position when you’re ready to trade it in! 2) DO NOT DO ADD ONS! Idc what they say do not add on warranties or gap! You can shop around for gap insurances yourself on your own time! 3) do not focus on monthly payments! You could get a $200/month payment but total finance charge for an $8,000 vehicle can go to $20,000 over 72 months DON’T do it! 4) call the lender and make sure the contract you signed with the lender is the same as the one you signed at the dealership and take pictures of everything you sign! 5) make sure you look up that factory vehicle price form the manufacturer and double check how much they MARKED UP the vehicle price to profit ! These things are important and can determine whether your car payment or feed your kids, whether you get new clothes or stuck in a car payment, if your car gets totaled and insurance lapse happened and you’re coming out of pocket. Life happens but make sure your deal is all around the best deal! Don’t just be excited to close on a deal, and do not I REPEAT DO NOT go up to the dealership before you confirm the msrp vehicle price from them first, and ask for all discounts they have on the cars. If they say the car comes with gap, it’s NOT FREE! Remove it!”
