“OMG, I'm beyond impressed with the service I received at Mercedes Benz of Washington! Ray Rapp, my service advisor, was absolutely amazing! Not only was he super courteous, but he went above and beyond to get my car fixed. The whole team worked together seamlessly to get me back on the road in no time. I'm talking excellent customer service, folks! If you're looking for a reliable dealership, look no further. “We had a kind, receptive and respectful buying experience. The entire staff treated my wife and I with complete dignity. They went over and beyond to meet our buying needs even though our only interest was only in an 11 year old pre-owned vehicle. Brad, Joe and Cliff were certainly responsive and thorough with every one of our buying requirements.”

“I prefer DiY maintenance on my 8 year old Mercedes, but that means I’ve worked with their parts dept a fair bit who has generally been able to meet online prices saving me some money.
The one service I had the dealer perform was my trans service. The trans itself is great, but the corner of my grille got chipped. They replaced the whole grille and gave me a loaner while the work was being completed. Overall I feel they made me whole and I would recommend the service and parts departments. I have no experience with their sales.”

“Few things.
One, this is far and away the cleanest shop spaces I have ever seen, with a fantastic friendly staff.
Two, I was traveling thru the area when my Sprinter had an issue, Jim our Service Advisor not only helped guide us through the needed repairs but also found some recalls my local Mercedes dealer neglected to address and cleared them out resolving some ongoing minor issues.

“If you want an amazing experience, and to leave with a dream car, make sure to stop by the Mercedes Benz of Washington! Our saleswoman, “Q” was amazing! She helped us and was very hospitable without being pushy or using classic sales tactics. The product specialist, TJ, was extremely helpful, and showed us every feature about the car and got my phone hooked up and the app downloaded and synced. The finance manager, Joseph, was so helpful and explained every thing to us, helping us get the warranty we needed. The cashier/front desk woman, I believe her name was Rosie, was very kind as well. Everyone was extremely patient and kind to us, and made our experience so enjoyable. The refreshments were also a nice touch. While we were doing the paper work, Q put little gifts and a hand written card in the car, and put a big red bow on our car! We felt so special, and like they truly cared about the customer. We will 100% be back for all our car needs! Thank you John Sisson Mercedes team!”
