I'm generally very happy with my new car purchase from here. I just bought a 2025 Legacy Touring XT and Ed was my sales rep. The staff all worked with me to answer all my questions and no one was ever annoyed with me. Ed showed me every vehicle I wanted to see and was very patient with me. He was great to work with. I have had multiple experiences at this deal shop and everyone has always worked out situations with me and this place definitely has friendly family vibes. If I did have any feedback it would be that they need to focus less on the monthly payment. Generally speaking this is a sales tactic I see with people who want you to be distracted from the base price of what you are paying for because it may be more than you're expecting. I personally don't like the monthly payment focused sales strategy. I would confidently go to this dealer and not expect anyone to take advantage of you. They seem to be really respectable and work with you when you ask for something.

Working with Dez Smith was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Dez is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail clearly, making the entire process feel easy and stress-free. What stood out most was his patience — he never rushed me, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. He was genuinely helpful at every step, going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. We walked in and knew exactly what we wanted. First the postive, I love my new Subaru and Ed was amazing! Now for the negative, When speaking with the sales men everything went fine. But beware, if you plan on having GAP insurance or extended warranties, please please please DO NOT agree to a price until you get the final financial information and get to financing. After we got to a price we were comfortable with paying (my credit was ran, papers were signed, plate was taken off my old car, everything) they took us back and added these things to the amount, both the amount financed and monthly payment went up. When I mentioned getting GAP through my insurance I was told "statefarm doesn't have GAP insurance" (which is false in a sense, because they don't directly have GAP coverage but they do work with a 3rd party and can add it as a add on) and then when I said I'd get it from a 3rd party, I was asked who and told that with theirs I could cancel at any time. I felt it was dishonest and deceiving the way they handled that. Are they truly "the honest dealer" they claim to be?? But like I said I am very happy with my car and Ed was absolutely wonderful.

Unbelievable service staying an hour after closing for my son to arrive on his way home from college after a flat tire so he could finish his journey home safely. Moreover this was with exceptional kindness and generosity. Went far beyond expectations and treated my son like their own. Wish I could do something more for them.

I never received an email to give a survey. But Jan was amazing. He was very professional and easy to work with. Showed up at 9am picked out a brand new WRX, test drove, negotiated and through finance in 2.5 hours. Which is amazing for a dealership. Thanks for all the hard work dealing with me haha!
