“I bought a used Jeep Compass and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealer. Our salesman Nick and the rest of the staff were VERY helpful and super easy to work with. The Compass was in really good shape and it was the best price in a 200 mile radius. I didn’t even feel the need to price haggle. I was in and out in about an hour. I highly recommend Chris Auffenberg Ford to anyone shopping for a new or used car.
And I REALLY appreciate the cookies and mugs!! -that was the icing on the cake. Wonderful experience.”

“I had been car shopping for almost 2 months before I stopped by Chris Auffenberg. I called in the evening & was able to speak with Nick. Even though it was an hour from closing time, Nick helped me! He even stayed almost 40 minutes past his time to make sure I had all the information I needed. My husband & I went back the next days and left with a new car two hours later! This was the best possible experience I could’ve had. Nick was amazing throughout the process! He was very kind, full of knowledge, & super quick to get answers. I am most grateful for his patience as I had my 1-year-old & she can be a handful! Nick, we appreciate your professionalism & customer care! You are most definitely right for this job.”

“The salesman was affable enough, but the deal fell apart because their management seems focused on maximizing profit and not selling vehicles. We found a truck, they tried to force me to “sign a deal” but when I countered via email they wouldn’t answer. The salesman Tim, knows his stuff and is a decent guy. The fact that they wanted to hit me with a $500 admin fee was idiotic. They insisted that I bring my trade vehicle in “to see if they could do better.” If you like old school car sales BS, use them. As for me, I bought a new truck via text, $75 over invoice, no junk fees and they gave me $1000 more for my trade. Up to you…
On another note, I brought the truck that I bought elsewhere to Auffenberg for service and had an excellent experience. My opinion? Buy elsewhere because the sales process is not pleasant. An opinion shared by many of my friends. But service is great!”
