โ€œUnqualified mechanics. No basic knowledge to remove bolts by hand. I got the car for transmission fluid change and the mechanics broke a bolt on the trans pan and quit working on the car, blaming rust. The bolts are dry from the salt and age like any other car. All is needed is apply penetrating oil in the back of the bolts and remove the small bolts by hand not the impact wrench. Last time the mechanics were working on the rear shock absorbers and never finished to put it back together and informed me that the the car is ready to be picked up. I lost a day just to go back and find out that the car was not safe to drive.The mechanic that did not finish working on the car went on vacation the next day. Very irresponsible staff with no communications all around. I would not recommend to bring in your 100k plus car for service at this dealership!โ€

โ€œJason is the worst Porsche Service Advisor I have ever encountered. He does not represent the Porsche brand or their commitment to an excellent customer experience. While traveling from Cape Cod to Notlh Carolina our 2019 Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid briefly displayed a "Hybrid Coolant too low" message and then went away. To be sure there wasn"t actually an issue we stopped at Porsche Warwick just befoere 9 am on Saturday, October 4th. We arrived before any other customers. We just want someone to take 5 or 10 minutes to check the battery coolant level to determine if there was truly an issue. Even after explaining what we needed and that we had a long trip ahead, Jason said they were very busy and we would have to wait around for a while. Wouldn't even look at us or respond when we asked how long that might be. Went directly to another customer who had arrived after us. I could understand having to wait if the coolant level indicated there may be a bigger issue that needed to be addressed. Thanks for nothing Jason. You were very rude and had no compassion for someone experiencing a possible issue with their Porsche 800 miles from home.โ€

โ€œI had a great experience. It was a pleasure to deal with Max and Chaz. I saw the car I wanted online. I called ahead and the car was ready for me to test drive. I loved it and was able to trade my car in and leave with the new one that day. I never felt any pressure and they were very fair with my trade in value. The tech who reviewed all the features and the media system was great too and Iโ€™m sorry I canโ€™t remember his name. Also the facility is really nice with lovely bathrooms and complementary snacks and beverages. Best car buying experience Iโ€™ve ever had.โ€

โ€œI can't express enough, how wonderful our experience was at Warwick Porsche. We drove 1.5 hours to look at a CPO Macan to replace our older Macan. We reached out online to confirm it was available and scheduled an appointment. From the moment we walked into the showroom, Carlos greeted us with a smile and asked how he could help us. After explaining that although we were early, we did have an appointment. He knew right away who I was and immediately helped us and made us feel at home, welcomed and NOT pressured, at all. Carlos really knows the brand and was insightful, knowledgeable and more than accommodating and helping us to make a deal that worked for everyone. Special thanks to Kristina (Montana ๐Ÿ˜‰ ) for really stretching, looking, coming back and making things work. Chaz for getting it all together, seamless, organized, clear and precise. Personable and all done with a smile and some laughs too. Joey for taking the time and helping us with the technology and set up as well as extending the invitation to stop in or call/email with any questions on the cars functions and options. All this, from a great team on the heals of a holiday. Never rushed, all stayed and made it happen right up to the last minute before closing (for the holiday). โ€œPorsche Warwick is one of very few Porsche dealers across US that does not add absurd ADM to their special GT cars. They honor their first-come-first-serve waitlist system, and does not give away your spot in line to someone else that later came along with a deeper pocket. The sales team is personable and has been incredibly friendly to work with. Special shoutout to my SA, Carlos, who went above and beyond to make my entire purchase process a pleasant experience.โ€
