“I just had the privilege of spending over $100 to waste over 2 HOURS for a simple oil change. Oil change and tire rotation. Literally a 15 minute job for a halfway decent tech. Drain oil, rotate tires as oil drains, change filter, plug pan and refill. Done. After 2 hours, with absolutely no one talking to me, I tell them it's been 2 hours and they claim they just got my paper work. 15 minutes AFTER that, they come get me. No apology, no explanation, nothing other than lets get you out of here.
Appointment at 10:30am, invoice is stamped 10:12, showing I got there well before my appointment. Receipt is stamped 12:32. OVER 2 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN TOP OFF THE WASHER FLUID!”

“Tim Lally buying only "good reviews"?!
Here's how it worked: Jim, the service manager offered me, the customer, a $50 discount for untimely service. The customer accepted this discounted offer with a handshake.
After the manager realized that I, the customer, would submit a bad review, the service manager revoked the $50 discount.
Now, instead of negotiating service , the customer & service mgr is haggling over a $50 review. In the end I, the customer, paid full price for the inadequate service.
It seems that the customer had to pay for lousy service at full price due to not providing a good review.
It seems as though the $50 discount may have been generated from the initial service charge fee.
SHAME ON YOU, TIM LALLY.!!!!”

“Overall, a great experience with the process of returning my leased vehicle and selecting a new one. Having owned and leased several Chevys over the years, this was actually my first time at Tim Lally, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Justice was my salesman. He was courteous and helped me find the right vehicle. The management team was equally impressive and were able to negotiate a price point that fit my budget without resorting to high pressure sales tactics. Not sure why I waited so long to check this dealership out, but I will definitely be a repeat customer!
