“I know some of this is partially my fault. I purchased a Porsche from cars index and was told it had new tires and brakes. Brakes not sure haven’t checked them, but they haven’t stopped squeaking since the second day I had it. Tires both rears have plugs in them one I already had to re-plug. The other won’t hold above 32 pounds. The biggest issue is I was told there’s no damage, it had a Clean Carfax. It wasn’t until a few days later when I used the passenger side door more often than I would hear a rubbing/grinding noise. Upon further investigation, I checked under the front wheel well and noticed there was damage underneath it there that couldn’t be seen easily. Apparently there was an accident and was hit hard enough that it pushed the front fender back enough to make the passenger side door rub. Again, I take some responsibility for not looking deeper into it before purchasing, but for some reason, I trusted a used salesman. I would never recommend or buy another car From cars index again.”

“I got into an accident back in August and my car had to get totaled. Came here to look at a specific car I liked and saw online. Everything was going smoothly and I was just waiting for the insurance company to send me my settlement so I could use it towards my down payment on the new car. I didn’t realize it would take the insurance company 2 months to send me the settlement. It was an absolute disaster waiting around, BUT Dan who helped me with the process of getting my new car was extremely patient with me. He was so nice to me throughout the whole process and situation and was very informative, the biggest help and blessing. When I finally got the settlement I went to get the car I wanted and it was such an easy process. Dan and Brandon were so great and I recommend this place. Everyone was extremely welcoming, comforting and very helpful. If you are looking to buying a car, this is the place to go. Definitely won’t disappoint!!!”

“I bought my first ever car from them on Memorial Day weekend. A Ruby Red colored 21 Subaru Legacy Sports caught my eye. Their price was really competitive. They are very honest as well. They don’t pressure you to buy anything. As soon as I arrived I was able to speak with the owner and his Nephew. I told them the car I had my eye on and in a blink of an eye they pulled the car around front for me and allowed me to test drive the car immediately. I was able to test drive solo so there is really no pressure and you’re able to review the car at your pace and liking. After coming back from the test drive and looking over it one more time they assured me it was a great car. I went to the bank to pick up my check and they had the car washed on my return. The buying process they make really simple, and again they don’t pressure you at all, even when I left to get the pre-approval check they said “if you don’t return it was a pleasure meeting with you”. Recently had my mechanic look it all over and he had to admit it was a great car. He confirmed the oil was still good all I needed were brakes and rotors, back driver tire pressure sensor, he topped off fluid and changed oil and filters. Also I replaced the control arms as they showed signs of wear but my mechanic told me I could’ve waited until next year inspection but I got it changed anyways since I do drive a lot as I work a lot. I did buy the 21 Subaru Legacy Sports with 121k miles. So a one owner high mileage car it’s expected the control arms would need to be replaced. So now I have peace of mind knowing she’s 100%. Again this dealership is awesome. They truly are honest and they source great cars. They won’t ever pressure you into a car. Either the deal works out or it doesn’t. No hard feelings either way they will treat you with respect through out the whole process. I even got to talk with the service manager who gave me his card that has his cell phone number on it and he said God forbid anything comes up you give me a call.”

“Went to view a 2014 Jeep Cherokee and was ultimately approved for a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Latitude meeting all of my terms! Marc & Harry were AWESOME! Very friendly, accommodating and informative!! Best car shopping experience ever had! I left feeling like family…even after Harry didn’t officially invite me over for steak and shrimp!! 😝😊”
