“took my jeep in for tire alignment and also asked to check a burning rubber smell. They said they didn't see anything!! Fast forward I took my car to another mechanic in WC and he showed me oil covering the entire bottom of the engine. Now don't you think if they were aligning the tires they would have seen all of the oil and oil dripping on to the ground?? no one said anything :( Pic is of all the oil in the wheel well.”

“Never use their Service Center. Their team is rude, condescending, and incredibly overpriced. The independent service center down the street is far better and much more affordable. I dropped my car off for a service, $1300 later and they are surprised that I am annoyed when my car is returned to me dirtier than when i dropped it off, even though the receipt lists "complimentary car wash" on it. Horrid service, will never be returning.”

“Had an appointment for an oil change this morning at 9:30am. When I dropped off my truck I was asked if I was in a rush. I told them I needed my truck back by 2pm. I came back at 2pm and my truck is parked exactly where I left it. Clearly no work was done. I asked and was told they were behind. I stated that they asked me when I needed my car back and it was past that time now. I was told they wouldn’t be able to get to it and if I wanted my keys back. No one apologized or offered to reschedule my appointment. I have previously had very good experiences here, but how they handled not getting my oil change done when they had my truck for 5 hours and not trying to reschedule is poor form.”
