“Pleasantly surprised at how efficient and professional the staff are at Waldorf Honda. Pulling into the service bay I was greeted by Justin who took in my truck and showed me to the waiting room. Shortly after that the service manager introduced himself to the entire showroom with a mass greeting and a pledge to provide excellent customer service. When my vehicle was finished I was briefed on the service by Justine and picked up my truck. I appreciate the experience and will be going back to get my vehicle serviced there. Very positive experience.”

“One star for customer service in the “service department”. I called to inquire about my tags as it had been almost 2 months since I purchased my car and had not heard anything. Rhonda in service needs to receive training on “customer service.” At the beginning of our phone call “I asked how she was doing?”. What I got in return was otherwise. Everyone does not need to have a bad day just because you are. When I called to ask if my tags were ready, she told me with confidence that my voicemail inbox was full when Honda made an attempt to call and that a postcard was mailed. She read off the wrong address that was incorrect which I mentioned. Her response was “what did I say”. Finally, she confirmed they were available for pickup. I said thank you and ended the call. Overall, Rhonda’s tone was condescending. I arrived to the dealership. Met Rhonda, got my tags. Also, she remembered our call. Guess what? The wrong phone number was written on my tags. No apology. It costs nothing to be kind. However, it did cost me to get my tags paid for the next 2 years.”

“The whole staff at Waldorf Honda was extreme nice, inviting, and knowledgeable. My salesman Micheal M. was a great help and a great guy. Mike, Preston and Sean answered any and all questions I had, were happy to look up any information I needed and made me feel great about my purchase. I left the lot in a brand new 2025 Honda Ridgeline HPD, my dream truck, and I feel good knowing they will be there if I still have questions or help down the road. Everyone on the team was willing to jump in and help from start to finish. I did not feel pressured to make decisions at any point during the sale and when me or my family needs another car Waldorf Honda will be my one and only stop. Thank you!”

Stormy, the manager, was a true blessing—she not only got me a better interest rate through Honda financing but also made sure I got the exact car I wanted, even going to pick it up for me. Greg, my sales consultant, was patient, honest, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
