Last week was my third purchase from C Nissan Of, Waldorf, and once again at the end of the day I was satisfied. I’m very proactive so I gave them a call and explained to them exactly what I was trying to do as well as what I wanted to do if I paid them a visit and everyone understood and promised me that they would take care of me if I would just come in to finalize my offer. “I will admit I was really worried about going to this location for service because of all the negative reviews I’ve seen. When I pulled my car in, everybody said good morning which is a plus these days when it comes to customer service. I must admit I had no issues. Darrell Lewis was my advisor, who was polite, and I was told that when I arrived they were backed up and that it would take about two hours for my oil change and tire rotation to take place. I appreciate them telling me upfront. They finished exactly when they said they would.”
