“This is my third car with them and I will always come back. They take care of me every single time. Cam is amazing and also DJ between the two of them. This is why I’ll get all of my cars.”

“I had a great experience at this dealership. Justin went above and beyond to help me out and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Even with my credit not being the best, he worked hard to get me approved and into a really nice car. He was honest, patient, and never made me feel judged. If you’re worried about your credit and still want a quality vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Justin!”

“The worst auto dealership in Waldorf, if not in Maryland. If this location is the only place you must buy a car, you're better off trekking. They're dubious and would go to any length to swindle your money and then try to push you off their lot. The tattooed manager over there is the rudest human I have ever seen. And if you don't know, they will face a lawsuit from me for their dubious character and poor customer service. You can go there at your own significant risk. Please don't come back to say you did not know. Seeing them in court soon. Will file a complaint with the BBB, the County licensing office, and the Attorney General's Office. Thanks to the police officers who provided this advice regarding bad business practices. Will publish another review that details how dubious and horrible this company is. And trust me, we have tons of videos and pictures documenting their ruthless behavior. This is a genuine review, not the ones they influence folks to write. Here are the details: On September 4, 2025, my sister and I purchased an Acura DMX (for her) from this dealership, which came with a 1,000-mile/30-day warranty on the engine and transmission. We paid a $2,000 down payment and have proof. Immediately after leaving the lot, the transmission and check engine lights came on, along with severe dashboard warnings advising to stop driving. We documented this with photos and informed the dealership by phone and email. Since she needed to work, we planned to return the vehicle the following Monday and told the dealership, and they agreed. Initially, we requested a full refund, as the issues surfaced within 24 hours, indicating major defects. When we returned the car, the dealership assured us it was only a sensor issue and promised to repair it. We agreed they would fix the car, but the manager then claimed the warranty would expire once we drove it off again. We rejected this breach of contract and called the police, who advised us to sue for the down payment. We needed a car, so we called and pleaded with the dealership to honor the original contract. The manager agreed and instructed us to return on September 9 to collect the repaired car. However, upon our return, the manager demanded we sign new documents before releasing the keys. These papers stripped all warranty, sold the car “as is,” and required us to waive any right to sue. They falsely claimed these were unsigned original documents when it was a new contract. We refused, explaining that we had already purchased the vehicle and were only there to collect it. The manager then stated that he no longer wanted our business, even if we signed, and refused to return our $2,000 down payment or the car. He called the police to remove us. The police advised filing complaints with the BBB, the State Attorney General, and the courts. We are seeking a remedy for this fraudulent conduct: a refund of my $2,000 down payment. The dealership cannot lawfully keep both the car and my money. The case has now been filed with BBB. Heading to the attorney general's office now, and then the courts. Be cautious about what you sign with dubious dealers like this. In fact, avoid this place at all costs. See the attached photo of the VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DUBIOUS so-called manager. Having nothing to do with him. Update: Instead of reaching out to address their horrible customer service, they attacked us privately, claiming they don't know us, threatening to sue and gag us, and claiming this review is falsified—it is not. Isn't that unbelievably bad? I'm sure they will recognize us in court—a lawsuit has been filed. Update: Again, instead of reaching out to address this issue, clean up their bad public image, and regain trust, they called this afternoon, threatening to list the car as a repossessed car and damage our credit. They know that the car is not a repossessed car. Read the facts above. This is a terrible business practice that no one should experience. This is free information to help the public. Stop attacking us and see you in courr.”
