Last weekend (President’s Day weekend) my husband & I went to Liberty Mazda. Due to the holiday, they had hotdogs, sandwiches, popcorn, chips, soft drinks, etc. The staff there couldn’t have been nicer! Our Sales Rep, Jonathan, was friendly & very knowledgeable, answering all our questions. We didn’t leave there hungry, ,haha! & also bought a CX50 & was treated very fairly. I would definitely recommend Liberty Mazda when shopping for your next car!

I recently purchased a car from Liberty Mazda in Wakefield, and I found the entire experience to be stress-free and smooth. Paul Denning, the sales associate, was beyond accommodating and helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable, knew the ins and outs of the vehicles, and was able to answer all of our questions with confidence and clarity. Paul and the entire team were very friendly and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Liberty Mazda in Wakefield to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

I had a great experience purchasing my new Mazda! Paul was amazing to work with—super friendly, patient, and made the whole process feel easy. From working with Paul to the finance team, everything went smoothly with no stress at all. I really appreciated how clear and organized everything was. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience, and the only thing that could make it better is if all car-buying experiences were this smooth! Highly recommend. 🚗✨

I live an hour away from the Liberty Mazda dealership and it’s about 50 miles to get there and another 50 back. I chose this dealership because of the good customer service reviews. I was exhaustingly disappointed with the purchase of my 2024 Certified Mazda SUV from the day I brought it home. First I noticed many scratches across the top of my SUV. Unfortunately I noticed it the day after I took it home. I spoke to the sales rep about it immediately, who told me “you bought the car as is.” He attempted the remedy the situation by having it buffed. When I got it home, I still noticed there were significant scratches across the top of the car; I could see them from the first floor of my house (slightly elevated above the height of the car). I then spoke to the general manager about the car. Brought it back and he said he would take the car to get it fixed. I got the car back after a week and I have to admit many scratches were gone, but they didn’t repair the deepest scratches on the tail of the roof of the car. I was really frustrated and disappointed by this! Also, my car seats are white; when I opened the back seat doors on both side, there were large muddy footprints on my car seats. I imagine that they climbed up on the seats to see the roof. Totally classless and disrespectful of someone’s property. I was so annoyed, I immediately tried to wipes clean the muddied seats but they left a footprint stain in the seat. I called the GM to update him, left a voicemail and never received a call back. Also, part of the windshield plastic was detached as well (picture included). I won’t be returning to this dealership again. I went to Ira Mazda of Westwood, who fixed the detached windshield plastic piece at no cost. They also weren’t able to repair the tail end of the roof. They said the scratches were too deep to buff and that it would need to be replaced (cost $1000). They encouraged me to take it back to Liberty Mazda to tell them about it but I absolutely don’t trust Liberty Mazda.
