He communicated with me daily through texts and phone calls and was always patient and understanding as I balanced responses and call-backs while working two jobs and managing a busy schedule. He even went above and beyond by personally delivering the vehicle to me, making a 6–8 hour round trip. When he arrived, he didn’t rush the process even though it was getting late. Instead, he took the time to walk me through the vehicle’s features and answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated.
