“Went in through the fast lane without an apt for a nail in my tire. Got in right away, everyone was so nice and helpful. This was my first time using Waconia Dodge. Clean waiting room, fast service and my jeep was left just as clean!
Moving forward this will be my go to dealer for my jeep!”

“For many years I have been doing business with Waconia Jeep. I have never been disappointed with the car sales part, service and parts have always been upfront and honest. The purchase this week of a new 2025 grand cherokee lmtd, went comfortably well. Sabina was our sales agent, she kept us informed in every aspect through out the process and knows her job well. The dealership is lucky to have her in sales for them. I can always go to her with any questions for help. Pete Hackert”

“Worst dealership ever!!!! do not waste your time. Employees are lazy and rude and complete hacks. They ruined my ram 1500.
Paid $10,000 to have an engine put in wiring harness is melting dipstick, rubbing on steering column major exhaust leak oil all over my tailgate many broken and damage damaged parts, follow up, why would they comment below that they are eager to help when they have all my contact information and have not reached out to me at all. I even met with the general manager, Heidi and attempted to express the issues and many of them are still not resolved. Whether it’s the technician a manager or the people running the place they simply do not care about you or your vehicle. Do not be fooled.!!!”

“This was the best car buying experience I have had hands down. They are friendly, not pushy, have great extended warranty options and listen to their customers. Chris Weinberger (our sales consultant) made the experience perfect. We had the car we wanted picked out. He didn’t try to change our mind. He showed us the car, took the time to educate us on all the cool tech and gave us his card to reach out with any questions. Chris truly listened and was the reason we bought our car from Waconia Jeep. Thank you for the great experience. We will be back!”

“Purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee, October 2024. Have spent countless hours on the phone, with your dealership and Chrysler Care, visits to your dealership and body shops, approved by Eric Strong.
On one of the visits, our salesman Chris Weinberger had the audacity of coming out with a touch up pen, a kindergartner could have done a BETTER JOB. Photos attached, taken by Eric
Our concern of a manufacturing defect has gone nowhere.
Eric Strong personally took photos of the vehicle on Wednesday, June 11 2025. In a phone conversation with him yesterday, he has done absolutely nothing to remedy the situation.”
