“Worse dealership I’ve ever experienced for service. Almost everyone there is disrespectful and unprofessional from the front desk to the mechanics. The person who answers the phone in the service department sounds extremely tired of being there, the attitude is insane since the moment she picks up and the mechanics are literally the same way. Definitely not doing business here. Hanford of Fresno have better costumer service and better availability when scheduling appointments for service.”

“Did not have a good experience with management here. They all seem unhappy, gruff & displeased if you’re not ready to purchase a vehicle right then and there. I wouldn’t spend your hard earned money here- go somewhere where you are treated with kindness. Also don’t even think about using their ChargePoint; that is only for people they make sales on. We will be getting our next vehicle somewhere else. We will be telling our Visalia family & friends about this place & NOT to come here. They should probably invest in customer service & leadership training for their managers. The employees and car salesmen were much more pleasant than management, maybe there needs to be some “changes.””
