“Bought my second Lexus here. First one with Darrell Johnson and this time with Chris Hawkins. Both are amazing, but I want to highlight Chris for a second. He’s 19 years old and really has a great head on his shoulders already. He was extremely enthusiastic throughout the entire process and you could tell he really enjoys what he does. I hope he never loses that!”

“We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Lila Wese at Lexus. From start to finish, she was friendly, communicative, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly for us. She was honest, straightforward, and never made us feel pressured at any point. The entire process felt transparent and easy, which is not something you can always say about buying a car.
Everyone we interacted with at the dealership was welcoming and accommodating. It truly felt like a team effort to make sure we were taken care of. Ben in finance was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He walked us through everything clearly and made that part of the process just as seamless.
When we got home that night, we both said it was easily the best dealership experience we’ve ever had, and we’ve purchased several cars over the years. That says a lot. We would absolutely recommend Lila and the entire dealership to anyone looking for a smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant car-buying experience.”

“We worked with Reid to purchase the RX 350h with the premium plus package. Reid was very responsive, professional and funny at times, which made us more comfortable too. He kept us up-to-date on the vehicle process, because the car was not at the dealers lot, when we asked for that specific vehicle. Also need to mention, we are out of State buyers, all the way from SC. After the car arrived at the dealership, he send photos and had the car ready for our scheduled pickup date and time. All the paperwork was done ahead of our arrival, so we just had to sign documents. Most time at the dealership was with Reid explaining the most common setups of the car. We drove off the lot less than 2 hours after our arrival. Even with our trade, the entire transactions were a breeze for us, due to the knowledge of Reid. Do we have a great deal? We believe so; otherwise, we could have bought closer to home. At least we feel we had a great deal on our trade, we feel the deal was fair and better than any other dealers we reached out to in several states. Just keep in mind that an RX 350h with the premium plus package are not even on dealer lots, they are sold before the car arrives at the dealership. Having this in mind, we feel we had a great deal due to the offer on our trade. We highly recommend Priority Lexus of Virginia Beach and Reid Schiff.”
