Terrell Roach, would like to show great appreciation to Maurice Forbes for his hospitality, knowledge, professionalism, and being an great laid back outstanding salesperson that knows his job along with the general manager at Charles Barker Mercedes used cars. I felt very comfortable and I wasn't pressured to purchase a car after going over all the spec and being able to go on a comfortable test drive. He understood my intentions, as well as asking the manager the proper questions to make a deal happen if I decided. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and please ask for Maurice Forbes. With a name like that you know you're in a fortune 500 club lol. Please Management, take the time to reward and show your salesperson how well he has performed his job to advertise and sell the cars. The economy is harsh and these units doesn't do any good by sitting, they're made to be sold to move off the lot and lessen the inventory. He could've gotten hire to work anywhere else but he ended up at the Mercedes dealership and he was hired in good faith by you'll so please take the time to show appreciation for a job well done. I recommend any and all customers to ask for him and deal with his manager, they're a great team!!!!!! Keep up the fantastic work!

I had an amazing experience with Jeff Zulli at Mercedes Benz! He was super helpful, fast, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcomed and comfortable. He answered all my questions and made sure I felt confident every step of the way! If youre looking for a car ask for CHRIS!! Just brought home this 2026 AMG GLE 53 thanks to him. He was very transparent and knowledgeable. Customer service was amazing and he took great care of us. After test driving a few vehicles he knew exactly what we were looking for and made sure we knew exactly what we were getting. Chris made this purchase so easy and I highly recommend him!!

I sort of feel like service personnel were scarce, or at least unwilling to greet on the way in or instruct you where to go during checkout. When I picked up my car, there was a cookie wrapper on the passenger seat and a new scratch on my hood. My oil changed took me five hours and I didn’t get a loaner because my car was over eight years old. I appreciate the Uber ride being set up for me, though. The quality of service here really seems to just be buying the brand and not so much anything else.

I am writing to express my significant concern regarding the condition of my vehicle, which I picked up earlier today. I was expecting a call from your management team to discuss this matter further, but the communication has remained limited to text messages, which has not helped simplify the issue. Upon inspecting my vehicle, I discovered scratches that go down to the metal. My vehicle was not in this condition when I brought it in, and I am very disappointed by this damage. Given the lack of a satisfactory resolution through the current communication channels, I believe it's necessary to escalate this issue to corporate for a proper resolution.
