“After having a real nice purchase process in december I came back because of a noise which one heard when starting or accelerating the truck (Frontier Pro4X). At the service department I was served by Amanda and I can only say that one cannot have a better experience. From having to change timings for the appointment to checking the truck and getting a rental. Everything was organized very professionally and uncomplicated. I was especially pleased with Amanda keeping me informed about the status of the truck and the overall process. Apart from that the issue was found and solved only within hours so that I was able to pick it up on the same day. Overall, I can honestly say, that this was one of the best service experiences I ever had.”

“I arrived at the shop at 7:32am and was the sixth car there. All I wanted done was an oil change. I would not choose to have it done at a dealership, but Nissan has decided to 3d print the oil plugs creating a point of failure if the right tool is not used. I had used different oil change places twice, but both times something needed replaced afterwards (once just the oil plug which was replaced for free, the second time it was the entire oil pan which was almost $400.)
As I was questioned what service I wanted done, I stated I only wanted an oil change. The service person asked if I wanted the suggested other items, I stated I simply wanted an oil change. He asked again, stating it was time for transmission to be flushed, I stated I simply wanted an oil change. He started to ask again, and again I stated I simply wanted an oil change. At this point an elderly technician with a beard came up and in a sarcastic tone stated, he just wants an oil change. To which the technician I was dealing with stated "I don't know why some people don't do the required maintainence."
Not that it is any of his business, but my wife and I work three jobs between us. Sometimes the only maintainence we can afford is an oil change. I drive 90 minutes to Hall Nissan from my house to have this service done and 90 minutes back. This visit, the oil change took 3 hours. So I spent 6 hours of my day getting an oil change and had to be harrased and made to feel less than because all we had budgeted for at this time was an oil change. I did not appreciate that at all.
I am sure the reply would have been that there is a credit option, but my wife and I have enough debt that we are currently paying off and do not need to put anything else on credit. However, that is something that is private and should not have to be shared. No should mean no.
I understand that it is the technicians job to ask, but asking a second time becomes pushy and a third time becomes harrasment after being told no.”

“THANK YOU HALL NISSAN OF VIRGINIA BEACH. I came in and worked with Kam who was able to pull strings and put me in a brand new ‘25 Nissan Sentra. I love it soooo much! It’s a huge step up from my 2012 Chevy Cruze that had been through so much. Thank you thank you thank you!! I will be back and I will always refer this place.
