“My car purchase experience at Hall Honda Virginia Beach was Absolutely Amazing!!! Although the circumstances that brought about my urgent need for a new car were awful -- a week earlier, I had been in a car accident where the at-fault driver totaled my car -- Emily Thompson, my Sales & Leasing Consultant, was completely understanding, patient, professional, and very responsive to my situation and my needs. For over two days Emily and I texted, talked on the phone, and spoke in person, when she brought the car I wanted to my home to test drive. She answered all my questions, and I had a lot of them! I was never rushed, nor was there any attempt by her to try to get me to move up to a more expensive model or purchase add-ons. Once I made the decision to buy, Emily even helped me return my rental car to a location that wasn't far from the dealership. She actually drove there, then drove me back to the dealership!
