Although the circumstances that brought about my urgent need for a new car were awful -- a week earlier, I had been in a car accident where the at-fault driver totaled my car -- Emily Thompson, my Sales & Leasing Consultant, was completely understanding, patient, professional, and very responsive to my situation and my needs.
