“I held off to post this to see if they could do right on their end. First off, Becca was amazing to work with. She was great. I’d rate Becca a five star. Becca has been the only one communicating with me and she can only do so much. I had new plates order and submitted everything with the dealership to get DV plates. Bought the Palisade back in June and I’ve had 5-6 temp plates waiting for my necessary plates to come in. Nothing was done unless I reached out. On top of that, the rust spot on the car was never taken care of. All they did was put a clear coat over it. I can still see the bubbles forming from the rust. This suv is an 2024 with 11k miles on it. End all do all managers did absolutely nothing to help. I had one call and that’s it. I go today to pick up the plates and they weren’t the DV plates. I submitted everything to be taken care of by the dealership and nothing happened. Now they told me I have to take care of it on my own. Spent over $50k on a car just to get horrible service. Now they pushed me to the side telling me I have to go get the plates done on my own, I don’t recommend buying from this location. On top of that, they sent me a separate text asking me to refer my friends when my current issue still isn’t resolved. Don’t buy from them. Rust spot is shown in photo. First time around thru put touch up paint over it. Thank you for reading!”
