“I had a very pleasant experience at Checkered Flag BMW. I have purchased several vehicles over the years and this was 100% the best car buying experience I've had. I previously sold my Benz and have been spending the last year researching for my next luxury vehicle purchase. Originally, I was going to go with Mercedes and in the last 1-2 months, I began looking at BMWs. I inquired about an X3, online. I met with Dana Rose and she was so sweet, professional, and down to earth. After all the viewing/test driving of vehicles, I settled on one. Because they were close to closing, I asked to come in the next day. I was sent the BMW Finance Application and completed it that same night. Danna Rose met me the next day and we finished processing the purchase. I got the vehicle at a great price (comparing to area BMW dealers up to Richmond) with the best rate 0.9%. The best part was not having extra hidden costs/fees snuck in. I wasn't pressured into a gazillion service contracts that the car really didn't need. She took her time to understand my lifestyle/vehicle use to suggest the best add-ons/service options for me. I removed some of them and she was okay with that. She even went line by line on the buyer's order - the experience at had another dealer, this past summer, was them rushing through the buyer's order and that is where I found up to $12,000 in hidden "extras." This was not the same experience and would be the reason why I will purchase BMW, again, if I need anoher vehicle. I feel like I could have been in and out in less than an hour, however, she was so personable and we could have chit chatted all day about our lives. Overall, Checkered Flag BMW was a great experience based on customer service, friendliness, professionalism, and transparency. I look forward to working with them and using them in the future when I feel like upgrading!”
