“A couple weeks ago I had went through with a vehicle transfer from a CarMax location in Plano, TX. CarMax had made the whole process seamless from start to finish. The vehicle came in quicker than the estimated time of arrival. Vickie at that location was wonderful! she kept me up to date through the whole process. She answered all my questions and provided assurance every step of the way. Once I got to my test drive appointment, I was greeted by almost every staff member at CarMax. Everyone was so polite and unassuming! While I was waiting for a sales rep, I was given the opportunity to take a look at the vehicle I had ordered without a salesman hovering over my shoulder. I didn't have to wait too long until I was finally helped by Venessa. She made the actual test drive and buying process a breeze! Not too many questions asked, and she was very knowledgeable. I recommend buying from CarMax. Whether you are a first time car buyer or someone on their umpteenth vehicle purchase, I wholeheartedly endorse CarMax.”

She asked for the opportunity to make things right after the bad experience. I found a vehicle that was out of state and covered the shipping costs for me.
