“Had a great experience at Ourisman Honda Tysons from start to finish! Jalal was great through the entire process; he was professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. Pricing was very competitive for the area. Financing with Derek was easy. I've only owned Hondas for the past 15+ years (only two cars in that time, civics), with no real issues. They're well-built, safe, and reliable vehicles that retain their value. Now Ourisman Honda Tysons is my spot to buy in the future, will definitely come back. So excited about my new CRV hybrid!”

“Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner is a complete joke and an embarrassment of a dealership. JP is hands down the worst salesperson I’ve ever dealt with—rude, dismissive, and flat-out refuses to listen. Zero customer service, zero professionalism, and clearly zero concern for honesty. The manager takes his sweet time coming to talk to you, as if customers are an inconvenience. And when he finally shows up, nothing gets resolved. Just excuses, delays, and attitude. Their website is straight-up misleading. The pictures online DO NOT match the actual cars on the lot. What you see advertised is not what you get in person—at all. On top of that, the Carfax does not line up with what the vehicle itself shows, which is a huge red flag. They were fully willing to sell a car that had been in an accident with VISIBLE DAMAGE STILL ON IT. Not hidden. Not repaired. Clearly damaged. And they had no issue trying to pass it off like it was acceptable. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how they operate. This place practices false advertising, lacks transparency, and treats customers like they’re stupid. It is not customer-friendly, not trustworthy, and not worth your time or money. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. DO NOT GO HERE.”

“I’ve been servicing my car at Ourisman Honda (Tysons Corner location) for 8 years; nearly the entirety of the life of my 2018 Civic, “Regina.” I rely on Regina, everyday, to reliably start up and take me places efficiently and without concern for her mileage or age. As such, I needed to find a service center with a staff that cares as much about cars as I do mine. Ourisman Honda has been and continues to be that place for me. Their staff has an attention to detail and careful meticulousness that reassures me Regina is getting everything she needs. (It’s also got great WiFi and coffee so I can work in their waiting lounge!) For a few years now, Ourisman’s Steven Farr has been my service rep. and took that level of care to even higher heights. He remembers me, welcomes me and Regina like friends, and explains every detail of every service to me. He goes on to explain what to expect for my next service and lays out timing and pricing so I’m never caught off guard or surprised. My car couldn’t be in better hands. Thank you, Steven. -and- Thank you, Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner.”

“Bought a used Honda from them last week. During the sales process I pointed out a few small issues on the vehicle (loose/broken interior trim pieces). Kennedy said "yeah yeah we can fix that". After the sale I discovered the driver's side window juddering & the infotainment clock date resetting back 2015 on every startup. Again not big issues, so I figured they wouldn't have a problem getting everything resolved. When I took in my vehicle for service a week later, they refused to fix any of the issues. Very disappointed on the follow-up.”

“I had the very best experience with Derek and Dom. Both are very knowledgeable and definitely cares about there clients. Derek definitely is a person who fights to get you the best deal!! Dom is very honest and upfront about the process. This was really a awesome experience for me!! Definitely recommend them to anyone!!!!”
