“We bought a used Toyota sienna today from this dealer. Our salesman’s name was Alex, and he was wonderful! Overall, we loved our experience today. The team was efficient, knowledgeable, and willing to meet us on the price we were hoping to walk out the door with today. I would highly recommend Alex and his team!
My husband and I brought our two children with us, and from test drive to walking out the door was approximately 4 hours. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the detailing and cleaning at the end took almost 2 hours. BUT- the car is clean and in great shape! Very clean.”

“I had an excellent experience with Koons Tysons Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and the entire purchasing process was truly seamless from start to finish. Brian Hillerich was outstanding;his communication was consistent, clear, and professional. He always responded to my questions promptly, even toward the very end of the delivery process when I was asking for frequent status updates. He never made me feel like I was bothering him and kept me informed every step of the way.
Brian honored every discount and incentive we discussed, including my RAM POP-Up coupon. When I arrived at the dealership, the process was smooth and stress-free. He handed me the key, let me inspect the truck on my own, and then we went back to chat, where he patiently answered all of my vehicle-related questions before moving on to paperwork.
The finance manager was also great, very knowledgeable, helpful, and transparent, which made that part of the process easy and comfortable. From walking in to driving out, I was in and out in about two hours, which is impressive for a vehicle purchase.

“Jonny was extremely helpful. I stopped at the dealership on a whim and not hopeful that they’d have anything in my price range with everything I was looking for. However, he diligently searched to find a truck that was exactly what I needed. After recently and tragically totaling my car less than a week prior , I was hesitant about the thought of purchasing another vehicle, but he was patient with me as I made slow decisions. “Jonathan was quick to take my check and then basically abandon me for about 3 hours. I got to the dealership at 930am and didn’t leave until almost 3pm. Terrible process and Jonathan was no where to be found except running around for someone else.
Personally, he is a terrible salesman, he didn’t even bother to take the time to show me any of the features on my new truck.
Love my truck and I only drive RAMS, but the experience was not pleasant, I drove over 4 hours to get there and was hoping for a better experience.
One final note - the sales manager Tony was the only saving grace. At least he cared enough to help.
Oh and I almost forgot - I got the RAMBOX cargo management system AND GUESS WHAT??? They didn’t install the bed extender hook ups so now I have to take more time out of my life to find a dealer to install them.”

I’ve bought dozens of cars over the years, but these gentlemen and this dealership absolutely wowed me.
From the moment I walked into Koons Tysons Dodge, I could tell this wasn’t your average dealership. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and handled with a level of care and professionalism that truly stood out.
Don Nickles, the General Manager, leads by example. It’s rare to meet a GM who’s so hands-on and committed to customer satisfaction. Don made sure I felt valued and supported every step of the way.
Patrick Sullivan, the General Sales Manager, was top-tier—straightforward, informed, and focused on making the deal work without pressure or games. He treated me with real respect and went above and beyond to get things done right.
The level of communication from both Don and Patrick was truly red carpet—I never had to wonder what was happening or follow up. They kept me informed, engaged, and at ease from start to finish.
