“Put my vehicle in the shop to have the Lane Departure Camera checked out. Justin said no parts were needed. Second, they began to have issues with the calibration holding. Justin said being the windshield was replaced with an aftermarket I needed to purchase a new OEM windshield do to refraction. This was insane because it had worked since 2017 after the aftermarket windshield was installed and just started to having issues within the past six months. Had to get Shawn the Shop manager involved. They began to guess, suggesting the camera needed to be replaced. Per Shawn, Not for sure if this will fix the issue. This is the big disappointment. Pricing at Toyota Victoria $1,700.00 for camera plus calibration of $500.00 twice. Plus Diagnostic of $200.00.
Mike Shaw Toyota in Robstown $1000.00 for camera, calibration, and diagnostic is waived if you have the work completed at there facility.
AutoNation Toyota in Corpus Christi $1,200.00 for camera, calibration, and diagnostic is $89.99.
Folks this is a huge difference in pricing. This is not what I would expect from the owner Ben Keating. Going to have to travel a little bit to get the car repaired. Toyota in Victoria you have lost my business.”

“Wonderful service provided as soon as we pulled into the service department. We were immediately greeted and directed to where to park our vehicle, When we went to the service desk, we we were warmly greeted and directed to speak with Nick, Service Dept. who shared information with us. We signed up for courtesy transportation to Cinemark so we could watch a movie while our Rav4 was being serviced. During the service, a video was sent for us to view about what was being done. We also received a text when our service was finished. After the movie, we called and the courtesy transportation immediately came to get us. The driver was so friendly and courteous. After arriving, we returned to the service desk, signed paperwork and received a copy of the service report. Hats off to the Toyota of Victoria Service Department and especially to Dick for continually keeping us updated. Also, thanks so much for providing the courtesy shuttle to the Cinemark Theatre! Well done! Take a bow!”

“Worst sales experience ever. My father-in-law was a car dealer, so I'm familiar with the game, but this--THIS--was unbelievable. I drove the vehicle, liked it very much, and asked for the sticker price. I had also allowed them to evaluate my current vehicle as a possible trade-in. My sales rep wasn't allowed to quote anything unless I signed that I was willing to purchase if I like the price. I wasn't ready to buy. I'm just now starting to test drive, do my homework and get some ideas of pricing for various vehicles. I wasn't ready for the whole "negotiating game" they play when ready to purchase--I just wanted a price. They wouldn't give it to me. I had to get my key and DL back in my possession so I could leave when I was ready. On top of that, the manager above my rep, when I just asked for my key and said that I needed to go, handed me the key, then sarcastically called out to me as I walked away, "Have a nice day! Merry Christmas! Love you!" Real mature.”

“My experience at Toyota of Victoria was fantastic from start to finish. I was blessed to have Brandon as my salesman and he was knowledgeable and patient with me. There was no pressure towards me on anything. It was so quick and painless. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who asks. The moment I drove out their parking lot, I instantly started calling family members insisting they go there if they’re in need of a vehicle. They just took take care of me so well, it’s something I’ll never forget! This is your sign! Get your vehicle from here!!”
