“We had an excellent experience at Joseph Airport Toyota where we purchased a used car for my daughter. I am pretty direct and not a fan of "high pressure" sales, and have no problem walking away from a potential purchase. The salesman, Ryan, was helpful and for the most part spared me from the whole price haggling process. I was up front about what I was willing to pay & after speaking with the sales manager, he was up front about their bottom dollar. We actually ended up not buying the vehicle that day, and Ryan was still responsive via text message when I had additional questions later that evening. After some deliberation, we did decide to purchase the vehicle and I notified Ryan via text message on a Monday morning - he prepared the paperwork & had everything ready to go by that evening so that I could come by after work to sign & pick up the car. My wait was minimal when I arrived and the car was spotless! I did have to bring it back in for service shortly thereafter, and reached out to Ryan again to help facilitate the process - which he did not have to do - and he responded immediately. I also dealt with the sales manager who I believe is named Kent, and the service manager, Don. All top notch and made the experience as convenient and simple as possible! Mind you, I purchased a relatively inexpensive used vehicle - not a brand new one, not even one under warranty - yet the staff was eager to help and treated me with the utmost courtesy & respect. What an excellent experience for my soon to be 16 year old's first car! I would absolutely recommend Joseph Airport Toyota, we are thrilled with our purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again when we're in the market for another vehicle!”
