Drove over 3hrs from Yakima to Vancouver to purchase a 2026 Kia Sorento Xpro Sx Prestige in jungle green. They didn't make me feel pressured to buy and they didn't try to one up me once I arrived to sign paper work. I was in and out in about 1.5hrs I would definitely purchase another vehicle and recommend others if you are looking for a good dealership.”

“I needed a new car, and saw a 2025 Kia Soul listed with Dick Hannah Kia in Vancouver, WA. My husband and I went to this dealership, and didn't even need to go look around anywhere else. We were able to buy the exact car I wanted at the price advertised, same day! Our salesman, Cliff, was literally the perfect sales person because he was polite, nice, and extremely laid back. It was the most no-pressure car shopping experience I have ever had. While the dealership was undergoing construction when I was there, they were easy to reach on the phone to direct me to their temporary sales office location. All of the staff at the sales office were friendly and polite. The team who managed the paperwork and numbers part were efficient and helpful. While there was an issue with some scratches to the car during the pre-sale cleaning process, the dealership was FAST to take care of it! We were able to take it back within 4 DAYS time frame to get the replacement part squared away!! I feel that management did an excellent job helping us and I feel very comfortable with the end result. I love my new car and I feel that I can trust Dick Hannah team. “The engine blew on my car on a Wednesday night on my way home from work. Total bummer. I loved that car. After I got over my initial shock and accepted that I needed a new vehicle, I started scouring the Internet for a replacement. On Thursday I saw a car at Dick Hannah that I immediately loved, so I saved it on my phone. It was a pre-owned 2021 Kia Soul with low miles and in a fantastic color green that I had never seen on another Kia so I decided to go check it out. I Headed to Dick Hannah Kia in Vancouver on Friday afternoon and walked in without an appointment. I showed the front desk staff the car and they looked it up and told me it was still available and hooked me up with a salesman named Dylan. Dylan was very personable and professional. He explained that the car was at the Longview dealership and he would go and pick it up for me. We made an appointment for the following morning for me to come back and test drive the car. I arrived at the appointed time and the car was pulled up to the front and ready to go when I got there. The test drive was great and when we got back we worked on reaching a deal. It didn't take too long - I was pretty firm on the terms I would accept and the financing guy Josh, made it happen without too much back and forth. I think the entire transaction from when I arrived to when I drove off the lot took about two hours. I was in a rental car that needed to be returned to the Portland airport and Dylan was nice enough to assist me with that by following me to the rental car return in my new car. He said he could get another staff person to drive along so I could take my car and leave the rental place and head home directly, but I offered to just drive him back to the dealership. We had a really nice chat on the way back. I did notice after I dropped him off that the car didn't have an owner's manual and I really needed one because the new Kia had features that my last Kia didn't have, so I reached out to Dylan to ask for one. They did not have one but Dylan was nice enough to buy one online for me and have it shipped, also sending the tracking number so I could keep an eye on the progress. I have bought several cars from dealerships in my life and this was by far the smoothest and quickest process I've been through. I love the car and all folks at Dick Hannah were super nice and my salesman Dylan was great. Would recommend.”
