“I needed a new car, and saw a 2025 Kia Soul listed with Dick Hannah Kia in Vancouver, WA. My husband and I went to this dealership, and didn't even need to go look around anywhere else. We were able to buy the exact car I wanted at the price advertised, same day! Our salesman, Cliff, was literally the perfect sales person because he was polite, nice, and extremely laid back. It was the most no-pressure car shopping experience I have ever had. While the dealership was undergoing construction when I was there, they were easy to reach on the phone to direct me to their temporary sales office location. All of the staff at the sales office were friendly and polite. The team who managed the paperwork and numbers part were efficient and helpful. While there was an issue with some scratches to the car during the pre-sale cleaning process, the dealership was FAST to take care of it! We were able to take it back within 4 DAYS time frame to get the replacement part squared away!! I feel that management did an excellent job helping us and I feel very comfortable with the end result. I love my new car and I feel that I can trust Dick Hannah team.
