“Steer clear of this dealership if you aren't set for a Honda. Came in last month to test drive a 2026 civic sport hybrid touring and the salesman did a good job listening to my needs, but was still pushy on making me buy that instant instead of respecting my time to make the right decision for me. His manager was even worse, trash talking the other car I was looking at. Looks very bad on him and he should honestly reconsider the way he speaks to customers. Quite possibly the most unprofessional manager I've ever seen in retail. He left a bunch of add-ons to the car unexplained, and no sign of negotiating the price whatsoever. Needless to say, I bought from their competitor. The only reason I didn't rate this dealership a 1 star is because the salesman had a heart. Too bad his manager is a toxic influence to him. The salesman would be better off working elsewhere.”
