A huge thank you to Tim Heinecke, my sales consultant, for putting me in the car of my dreams. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited for me throughout the entire process. He made everything feel easy and stress-free, and I never felt pressured for a second.
Michael Herma and Dominick Venturella made the finance process a total breeze. They explained everything clearly, kept it efficient, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
I also want to recognize Brendan Rios and Mike Davis, the sales managers, for their support behind the scenes and for helping make the deal smooth and seamless. It’s clear they care about their customers and their team.

David, a professional and knowledgeable service manager, went above and beyond to make my car repair experience exceptional. He promptly called me with an estimate and kept me updated on the progress of my car. To top it off, he offered me a complimentary courtesy shuttle from the dealership to my home and back, demonstrating his exceptional customer service. Five-star service is an understatement for what I received from David and the entire dealership. I highly recommend them for any car repair or maintenance needs you may have.”

“I went in November in my hunt for a Tundra. ( I know it's a Ford dealership ) But they had it in stock! And with great mileage and for a very reasonable price. I met with sales rep Bryce and dude was super polite and very friendly. It was honestly an honor working with him. We got down to business and he really made the process great. Until we hit a small snag. He did his best and I was trying to work for a price that was not asking to much off the vehicle due to some dings and dents I saw. Unfortunately it took a small turn for the worst when his pushy sales manager came up and killed the vibe completely. It really upsets me to the point I almost walked away. Which it was a 2 hour drive out with my family sitting in the car for 2 hours on top of that. But Bryce was such a great sales rep and person I didn't want his sale to fall though. We closed the deal meeting with the finance agent who was also helpful. I ultimately bought my truck and left with extended warranty which I haven't had to use yet thank God. I'm glad I came here and encourage everyone of you look at the prices and want to work out a solid deal it's worth your time and efforts here. But don't be afraid to walk away cause of the attitude you might get. Remember they need your money not the other way around.”

“I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership’s service department. From start to finish, the process was frustrating, unorganized, and left me feeling completely ignored as a customer.
Communication was almost nonexistent. I was never given clear updates, and every time I called to check on my vehicle, I was either transferred around or told someone would “call me back,” which rarely happened. When I finally got information, it was inconsistent and felt rushed, as if no one actually knew what was going on with my car.
On top of that, the level of care and attention to detail was unacceptable. My vehicle has been having repeated issues, and despite multiple visits, the service department has yet to properly fix the problem (repetitive FWD fault error codes regardless of known TSBs for the FADA). It feels like they’re more focused on getting cars in and out than actually providing quality service. The technician even admitted my 2020 Ford explorer platinum is a "Bad Ford." I was initially quoted 10 grand for repairs. Mind you the vehicle only has 76,000 miles and just barely came out of warranty.
I expected professionalism, honesty, and at least a basic respect for my time—none of which I received here. I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want your vehicle treated with the care and competence you’re paying for. I will never buy another Ford vehicle again.”
