“I had a really great experience working with Caesar at Mazda of Valley Stream. From the start, he was patient, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the exact car I wanted instead of trying to push me into something that was just available on the lot. The specific CX-70 trim, color, and interior combination I was looking for was not easy to find, but Caesar went the extra mile to locate the exact vehicle and make it happen. He took the time to answer all of my questions clearly, never rushed me, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. Buying a car can be stressful, but he stayed calm, transparent, and respectful the entire time. I also had my mom with me, and she felt the same way — he treated us both with patience and professionalism. This was my first time getting a brand-new car, so it was a big moment for me, and Caesar made the experience smooth and positive. I really appreciate the effort he put in to get me exactly what I wanted. If you’re going to Mazda of Valley Stream, I definitely recommend asking for Caesar.”

“I started my car research about 2 months ago. I had my mind set on the CX50 Preferred, my first stop was Mazda Garden City. Mazda Garden City didn't have the vehicle, but they informed me that Mazda Valley Stream had the vehicle, and they would be able to get the vehicle once I left a $500 refundable deposit. I left a deposit believing they would be able to get the vehicle. The next day, the sale person gives me a call informing me that the vehicle I wanted "had a deposit on it" and I was unable to get the vehicle, but they had the CX50 preferred "in transit". Today, 24 hours after that call, I had a gut feeling that the Mazda Garden City was being dishonest. I called Mazda Valley Stream and guess what..... the vehicle I put the deposit on...NEVER HAD A DEPOSIT ON IT and IS AVAILABLE..... so Mazda Garden City LIED. I IMMEDIATELY went to Mazda Valley Stream and did my business with them. My experience was GREAT! Cesar, the assistant sales manager, took care of me from start to finish. He was very transparent, understanding, and very helpful. I appreciated everything Cesar and his staff did. I issued a refund from Mazda Garden City for my deposit, and now I'm a PROUD & NEW Mazda owner with MAZDA VALLEY STREAM!!! Trust me when I say they are beyond amazing and want you to have the best car experience. If you want the best and most honest experience.. GO with CESAR, the assistant sales manager!!!!! THANK YOU, MAZDA VALLEY STREAM!!!!! 🙂”

“I had an excellent experience at Mazda in Valley Stream. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. OM was very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I truly appreciated that I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. Kevin, the manager, was also very professional and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The entire process was smooth and well organized, and the dealership itself was clean and efficient. The team worked together to make everything stress-free, and the customer service truly exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Mazda in Valley Stream to anyone looking for a positive and honest car-buying experience.”

“They sold me a used car with a HUGE crack in the windshield due to improper inspection. [ONGOING] I’ve been in contact with the manager (Dave) who agreed to replace my windshield free of charge if I had evidence of it being defected before I drove my car off the lot on Nov 29th. Of course I was okay with this SO I sent him a picture (WITH TIME/DATE/LOCATION) of my car at HIS dealership with the defected windshield, only to be stuck in an endless wait for a response. Why are you stalling??? YOU agreed to this. Not just that, the entire time I’ve been in contact with him he accused me of breaking the windshield and showed no remorse to the fact that HIS dealership didn’t do a thorough inspection prior to selling me this vehicle. All that I am asking for is to have my windshield replaced free of charge and for the dealership to take accountability. But apparently that’s not something they’ll do for paying customers who’ve given them business. Also, the only way I was able to get any kind of “deal” when I bought my car was if I financed it through Mazda. Their lot is filled to the brim with used cars and yet they won’t go any lower on a quote. Nor do they offer additional freebies like floor mats with your purchase. It was a huge mistake to purchase my first car from this dealership.”

“Excellent experience at Valley Stream Mazda. I leased a 2025 CX 5 and the entire experience was fast, easy and pleasant, I drove home in my new car the same day. Courtney is an exceptional salesperson, she explained everything I needed to know, she even sat in the car with me and walked me through all the features. She got me the price I was comfortable with. Courtney responded to all my questions afterwards immediately. The entire staff is friendly there, I went today for help connecting my Android Auto and Courtney made sure I was taken care of and I left with my issue resolved. Thank you as well to William who saved the day by getting my phone connected!”
