“BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! I purchased a 2024 Genesis gv80 for my wife here. they were very nice at the beginning. We made the deal on Monday I overnighted my credit union check they received it the next day. At that point I assumed they would do paperwork and close the purchase that day. I also sent a text to my salesman Jose which was great and kept me in the loop at all times. I asked him for a walk around video and current photos of the vehicle. He did but went to manager Dan and told him of the damages. I did not know that Dan was already trying to delay the sale process because he knew of the damage and he wanted to wait until my credit union check cleared so we could not cancel the deal. This was done deliberately so we could not cancel. This entire deal was done as a online purchase sale I lived out of state, and they would arrange delivery for me at charge of course. Check cleared the bank and i was still asking for video and photos (photos included). it took another week to get my SUV loaded on a truck it was supposed the be loaded on a Thursday but left out early Friday morning before dealership opened. SUV had 1 key fob this a 2024 with only 18k miles no temp lic plate no vehicle can be transported without some kind of dealer tag(identification). Truck driver called and said he was in Cincinnati which is 2 hours from me at 1030 PM. local time and said he wanted to drop off tonight I said ok he texted me not call me at 3:30 AM of course I didn't answer because I was already asleep and didn't hear the text. Ill called him back at 7:30 AM and asked where he was he said 15 min down the road so i said ill meet him at local Walmart. Called about broken part they said they would ship it to me, but I would have to pay to get it installed get installed I agreed. I asked about key fob Dan said he would send me a new one i found a local guy to do it for $536.00 Dan said he could get it way cheaper I asked him don't they need my car to be present he said no. So, i waited the key fob arrives and its a new one from the dealer but it wasn't programmed like thought it wouldn't be. I sent him a msg and someone else responded and said he saw in our text msg where I agreed to pay for the dealer to program it. That was not true at the end of the day I believe this dealership is not truthful and should not be trusted because after they get your money they move on to the next customer to do the same from them. If you are buying online ask for video and photos before you give them any money. Test drive the vehicle and get everything they say they will do for you in writing and never buy a car from them if its not ready to be sold that day.”
