“Devonta called and inquired about my vehicle and wanted to let me know my options for a trade . At the time, it wasn’t really in the cards for me, but instead of ending the conversation there, he took the time to ask how my Christmas went.
Somehow the conversation turned to my 18-year-old daughter wanting a car for Christmas and how we weren’t able to find anything good used. I don’t usually leave reviews before actually coming in to do business, but because of how genuine and kind he was, I scheduled an appointment for the 29th right after I return from vacation to see if we can make something happen.
I’m leaving this review to say that sometimes simply asking someone how their day is going, or how they’re doing, can turn into business. Thank you, Devonta, for showing real care instead of losing interest after I initially declined. It truly made a difference.”

“This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership. I called before driving two hours from Chicago to confirm the car was available, and they clearly assured me it was. When I arrived, they casually told me the car had already been sold. No call, no update, nothing. This shows a complete lack of honesty, respect, and basic professionalism. They wasted my time, my gas, and my effort. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this dealership. ما”
