“I would highly recommend Napleton’s of Urbana. I found a vehicle I liked on their website and reached out to see if it was still available. Within 15 minutes, they called to confirm it was and helped set up an appointment to come take a look. We went in on Saturday and had the pleasure of working with Oscar, who made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The atmosphere was very down-to-earth, and we never felt pressured. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I’d definitely recommend checking them out.”

“We LOVE their sales department, but their service department needs scheduling help!!! Maybe they need to hire more people!?. Their maintenance program: oil change, tire, rotation, etc. that comes with the car- you schedule an appointment at 11 and they don’t even start on your car until 2:30 in the afternoon. And at 2 pm they told me it would be only about 20-30 more minutes.I have currently been here for 4 hours and 15 minutes. No sign of my car. And believe me, they know I am here. It’s 3:15. Please take advantage if they do offer you a rental car for the day if you need to go anywhere! That is the saving grace. I unfortunately did not take them up on it. Which is shame on me. But just know they don’t do anything quickly here!”

“Alex Myers was wonderful to work with. He was a no-pressure salesperson that offered us great service and support throughout our purchase process. Great guy! We were undecided on the car we wanted and he was super patient and we test drove a couple of cars and went back-and-forth looking at interiors, exteriors, option, etc. Once we made our decision, the rest of the team stepped in to offer additional support. From the financing staff to the person that helped us download the vehicle app to the people who detailed the vehicle - it was a great experience.”

“Hailey was amazing throughout our entire car buying process. Extremely efficient, kind, and so knowledgeable. I would not buy another Hyundai if Hailey wasn't still working at this dealership. Buying a car is usually a whole day painful process. Hailey had us out of there in record time!”
