“I want to share my experience with Maserati Bergen County. My uncle Jose Luis and I saw a 2017 Cadillac XTS on their website. We were a bit scare of showing up to a luxury car but we were not aware that they had used cars in stock. Ed Carter was assigned to us and did a great job keeping his word. We had a few concerns on the car that we pointed out. Ed promised that our concerns were going to be taken care of under ta PDSI fee that was being charged on the sale. I'm pleased with Ed's service and following thru with what we agree upon. I'm pleasantly surprised that we were able to find my uncle Jose Luis his first car in the USA. While Maserati Bergen County is a high end car dealer and we were buying a used car for $10K, we were treated just like they would treat a high end customer. I recommend Ed Carter, as a car salesman, ask for him he was very clear and honest thru the process. As far of the Dealership, take a look at Maserati Bergen County, they also sell used cars that could surprise you like it surprised us.”

“I went in to see a car listed for $80,000 and had a very disappointing experience. First off, I wasn’t even allowed to test drive the vehicle, which is shocking considering the price point. For a car in that range, you would expect a much more professional and customer-focused process.
The dealership was extremely unorganized. After requesting a detailed price breakdown multiple times, they never provided a proper printed breakdown. Instead, they kept writing numbers on a piece of paper with a marker, which felt very unprofessional and sketchy. It honestly felt like one of those stereotype dealerships you see on TikTok.
On top of that, they added about $6,000 in additional fees that were not clearly reflected in the online listing. Don’t be fooled by the price you see online — it is not the real out the door price.
Overall, very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend staying away and taking your business elsewhere.”

“Fantastic customer service experience with the service department. My service advisor Andrew Datuin was phenomenal in getting my needs met. We purchased a 2021 Ghibli last May and I needed to bring it in for a check engine light issue. The car was picked up at my home and return to me with all the repairs and more completed. I couldn't be happier with the experience at Maserati of North bergen. I highly recommend this dealership.”
