“I am very disappointed to have done business with this dealership. As customers, we should be very careful about the interest rates they charge. They charged me 9.66% interest for the purchase of a vehicle when the bank gave them a much lower rate. I have a credit score of 735, and yet they gave me that interest rate. After checking with other dealerships, I was told that the interest rate they charged me was far too high for my credit score. To avoid this in the future, I've learned that it's best to get an independent loan (from a credit union, for example) before going to any dealership to buy a car. Be very careful when financing and agreeing to the interest rate. Dealerships will always try to give you the highest possible interest rate (9.66%, 10.66%, 11%, 14%) because they earn commissions on securing the loan. Also, if you're trading in your car as a down payment, negotiate the price because they will try to give you the lowest possible value. (Don't accept their first offer!) I had to refinance my vehicle and got a rate of 6.25%. They charged me 9.66%.”
