As soon as I entered the service area (& I was 15 minutes late!), Deb greeted me a smile and upon obtaining my vehicle key she immediately (within seconds) proceeded to obtain the needed details and invited me to her office. She promptly reviewed all the previous work completed on the vehicle and shared with me her her professional opinion about what’s going to be be good for the vehicle- “to do’s” in the future and what’s due now or required attention at this time!
