“I had a great experience working with Robert while buying my car. He was very patient with me throughout the whole process and made sure everything was explained clearly. Buying a car can be stressful, but Robert made it feel easy and comfortable. He answered all my questions, kept me updated, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. What I appreciated the most was that he didn’t pressure me into anything. He actually listened to what I wanted and helped me get into the car I really liked. “** CHECK BOTTOM OF REVIEW FOR UPDATES ** ** WHEN REVIEWING THIS DEALERSHIP, MAKE SURE TO HIT LOWEST REVIEWS FOR ALL REAL AND RECENT INTERACTIONS*** Sold me a car on a rainy day. Next day I noticed chips in the glass, then on the next sunny day noticed the entire windshield looks like it’s been sandblasted. Huge safety issue for me and my family. Cam was my salesman, and he advised me that there were absolutely no issues with the car. He also told me he’s “honest” about everything and would “hook me up”. This was obviously not true. Tried calling multiple times to address this but was unable to reach someone each time. Now I’m well past my return date, and unless the dealer reaches out to me to fix before I pay for it myself I will always recommend to STAY AWAY from this dealer. *REVIEW CHANGED TO 3 stars FOR NOW, spoke to manager, seems to be interested in resolving the issue*. Taking my vehicle up to him. Will update. Update: I’ve included photos of the windshield that I took when I noticed. For full transparency I’ve also included a photo of the cracked iPad screen that was also not mentioned upon purchase. "UPDATE 1/13/26: I just discovered this dealership sold me a 'Lemon Law' buyback vehicle without the mandatory oral disclosure required by Georgia law. I was rushed through the paperwork and a lemon disclosure was hidden on below multiple clean labeled damage disclosure. and never told the car was a manufacturer repurchase. My car is now throwing 2 different errors that are serious. I have filed an official complaint with the Georgia Attorney General AND the BBB at this point and am demanding a full rescission of the contract or a swap in a clean vehicle. BEWARE: Check your paperwork for 'Manufacturer Reacquired Vehicle' notices before signing here." UPDATE (JAN 13, 2026): Dealership GM has officially refused to rescind the contract, claiming the Lemon Law disclosures in my signature packet were a "system error." However, the vehicle's internal logs show critical battery faults (BMS_a086) starting just 4 days after purchase. The dealer certified the vehicle as "Clean" on the State MV-1 form while having documented knowledge of its "Manufacturer Buyback" status. I have now escalated this to the Georgia Attorney General, BBB, and the Department of Revenue for title fraud. UPDATE (JAN 15, 2026) Forensic Proof of Document Stuffing & Statutory Warranty Breach Updated Review Body: I am updating my review because ALM Kia South (specifically GM Nathan and staff member Jerry) has refused to address documented fraud and safety-critical hardware failures. In my previous reviews updates I had mentioned the salesman, Cam. At this point, I'm not sure he even had anything to do with this. I have now officially filed a supplemental case with the Georgia Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division and served a Statutory 30-Day Demand for Relief to the CEO and Corporate HQ. Update 1/22/2026: My deal has been fully unwinded and they gave me 4k cash in check form. Ultimately, they are holding on to at least another 4k in equity for my trade in but they did finally work with me on getting my issue solved. This took forever and over 30+ hours of research along with reports to the BBB, attorney general, and serving them a notice of litigation. Nathan, the GM did do his due diligence in wiping everything clean but like i said it took ALOT to get him to do so. Buyer beware. This will be my last update.”
