“The service department has killed my confidence in this dealership. From no call backs to super inflated price quotes on service.This dealership wanted around 1000 dollars for eccentric camber bolts installed and alignment. Was quoted a little over 400 from another Nissan dealership. Gave Peltier the chance to hear the difference and respond. The response what around 600 dollars. I simply declined the service for the better offer. As you can see, 1000 dollars and 400 dollars. Very different offers for the exact same request. I guess you could chalk it up to a service manager not wanted to do the work etc. Just say you don't want the job next time...Im glad I didn't fall for the gas for a good review push.”

“I have been purchasing Nissans for 23 years. For the last several years I always feel robbed but I buy vehicles bc I need them to transport my disabled son. My intelligence is always insulted and I'm always lied to. I don't understand why honesty and business can't go hand in hand. The car advertised for $35,000 + and my paperwork said $36,000 +. Same thing happened when I bought my Altima in 22. Patterson Nissan told me that Peltier always jacks up the price (I already knew that before I went). If they can lie to me then I can tell the truth.
I do love my new car but HATE the car buying experience (mostly the finance office) - it taints the car buying process. When you are spending your own money don't allow people to pressure you to overextend yourself. Repo's are at an all time high. Integrity is a great virtue and vengeance belongs to the Lord. Don't let them rob you...think things through and read everything before you sign.
I was also told that I could not have the internet price if I used Nissan Finance (which was 3.99% btw). The finance guy (Mr. Lux) told me that I had to use a bank with the higher interest rate to get the lower price.”
