I decided to call the service department and spoke with Jason — and let me tell you, he was phenomenal! He was able to get my Tahoe in and out within two hours for an oil change and tire balance. My experience was absolutely top-notch. Even though I’m from out of state, they treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel right at home. “Great experience!! Pulled into service dept with a check engine light on Monday mid morning. Greeted by service advisor John who was friendly and professional. He checked me in. I received a call mid afternoon with diagnosis and estimate which was a major repair had to order parts i gave John my approval. John told me my vehicle would be ready Thursday that he would call when ready. Thursday afternoon John called letting me know it was ready for pickup. I picked up that afternoon paid exactly the estimate given. Great experience!”
