“Was not happy at all this time. Was told I needed new wipers, they just put them on in July, oh wait let me check out records, so them all of a sudden I only needed one wiper, which they put on under warranty. Had to change the cabin filter, I asked her how much she told me I said there is a special on line, she said is that our site, then ripped up the bill and have me s new one with the sale price. Was not happy with the treatment, felt like I was bothering them. I left my other dealer in July and I thought I had going a good dealer for service but not so much anymore. Don't think I'll be back. Sorry”

“Had them order a part about 12:00 pm and they called around 8:30 the next day and said that the part was in so my husband went and picked it up . So found out that the part was $141.00 so looked up the part # and found the part for $18.75 I went back in and returned the part and the guy charged me a $46.00 restocking fee and I said that that was ridiculous and they didn’t care. So don’t go there to get parts of the dealer I would look up part numbers and get it somewhere else … they are ripping everyone off!!!!!! I will never go or tell anyone to go to sherwoods EVER !!!!!”
