âThe price for an oil change has gotten to be over $100 now. They don't do a 28 point check list anymore or if they do they don't tell you about it. Also when you have an appointment for an oil change you would hope that would be the time they take your car in. We waited almost two hours for a lousy oil change. Unacceptable in my book when you have an appointment. Plus they don't even wash your car when it's finished. Customer service is starting to suck everywhere.â

âItâs no surprise they donât make it easy to leave a review for their service departmentâbecause if they did, the ratings would speak for themselves. Getting an update on your car feels like playing a game you canât win. Twice I was told, âWeâre just bringing your car in,â yet nothing happened for days. If youâre looking for a place to store your car while you go on vacation, this is perfectâtheyâll hold onto it for weeks. And donât forget to fully charge your phone before calling, because youâll be stuck on hold for a long time.â

âFirst, they kept my car for 3 weeks âin line.â I donât know why they couldnât call when they were ready for the vehicle to come in and have a set appointment. I had to borrow my parentâs vehicles until it was ready, which I was only getting a diagnostic test!!
Second, when they finally got to the car, they said I needed a brand new transmission for $7,000 total. I asked what was wrong with it and Shaun wouldnât tell me. He said, âwell, we donât know the exact cause, but we can take it apart and find it, and thatâll be $1,000.â I then was baffled that they wouldnât tell me what was actually wrong with it. I asked 3 separate times!
When I went to pick up the car, I then asked again what was wrong with it and he wouldnât give me an answer - just stated again it would be $1,000 to find out when they take it apart. They said it wasnât ready yet, and Iâd have to pick it up the next day because they had to put it back together. Wait, so if it was already taken apart and had to be put back together, what was the $1,000 for?!
The next day when I picked it up, I told Shaun to call my dad, because my dad wanted to speak to him. What Iâm also mad about is that Shaun told him what was wrong! Right off the bat. But couldnât tell ME what was wrong with my own carâŠ.Iâm assuming because Iâm a woman. Again, I asked 3 separate times.
We got a second opinion. Which they said they did NOT find the two issues Chevy found (burnt oil on the engine and metal shards in the transmission oil). They said I was just low on transmission oil. After they changed it and reset the computer in the car, it has been driving fine since. That only cost me $150. So, I saved $7,9850!!
Was a bad experience all the way around and I will not be back - nor will I ever buy a Chevy again because of this. Ridiculous!â
