Will made sure she was the focus of all our conversations. Asking her what her needs were, her budget, her opinions, and any other pertinent/relevant information. I will definitely track Will down for my next car buying experience”

“Very rare do I compliment a car dealership… but I want EVERYONE to know this Kia dealership is for real. I am genuinely still in shock at how well my wife and I were taken care of by Royal Kia in Arizona—especially after dealing with several dealerships here in California. I went in ready to fight the heavyweight champ of the world to get the best deal possible for my family, and instead I found something rare: honesty, transparency, and real human decency.
Ethan Blake and Ethan Charlwood made us feel like family from start to finish. They were kind, straightforward, and completely upfront—no games, no hidden punches, no surprises. I had studied and prepared myself with all the buying skills needed, but after finding this goldmine of a Kia dealership, I realized I had nothing to worry about.
These two are the kind of professionals I hope become General Managers one day, because every sales team could learn from how they treat people. The respect, honesty, and care they showed us is something you don’t come across often these days.

“Had a good experience at Royal with the purchase of a new Kia K4 Hatchback. Nicole, the salesperson was experienced, knowledgeable and professional. And the sales process moved along at a good pace. It was a low/no pressure sale that was fair to both parties. Every staff member I encountered was friendly. One other thing I liked was the Parts department charging reasonable prices for accessories. Would use Royal Kia again”

“I’m very satisfied with my experience at Royal Kia. From the initial communication, to arriving at the dealership, to closing the deal, the entire sales team delivered exactly what was agreed upon—no surprises and no pressure. They truly went above and beyond when we picked up the car. The team prepared a sweet surprise for my daughter, and the entire sales staff came outside to cheer as she saw her new Kia K4 sedan for the first time. It was such a memorable and special moment for her, and something we will never forget.
William, our salesman, did an excellent job explaining all of the purchase paperwork clearly and thoroughly. He also took the time to explain additional products and their benefits in a very informative way, without any pressure to buy. He then sat in the car with my daughter and walked her through all the cool features, making sure she felt comfortable and excited about her new vehicle.
Even after the sale, William followed up to make sure we were happy with our purchase, which truly shows the level of care and professionalism at Royal Kia.
Overall, I give Royal Kia and their sales team a big thumbs up and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience 👍”

“I have never felt so compelled to write a review like this until today. The level of service I received was truly outstanding. My service advisor, Desiree, listened carefully to every concern I had and made sure I felt heard and understood throughout the entire process.
I was worried that something might have been overlooked during my service. Desiree took my concern seriously and immediately consulted her supervisor, Matt, who personally went out to inspect my vehicle. It turned out that my concern was valid. I truly appreciate Matt taking the time to dig into the details and coach his team on the proper procedure for servicing my vehicle. For as long as I’ve been coming to Royal KIA, Matt has consistently addressed my service needs with professionalism, care, and exceptional support.
What impressed me most was how thorough, intentional, mindful, and clear Desiree was in her communication. She walked me through every detail, pulled up past service notes, and read them word for word to reassure me. She even showed me photos of my vehicle and then took me outside, popped the hood, and explained everything in depth. Her knowledge, eloquence, and patience were remarkable. As a man who admittedly knows nothing about cars, I found her clarity both impressive and comforting. Desiree truly went above and beyond with kindness, patience, and genuine care for me, my vehicle, and my concerns.
We all know that dealerships and service centers can sometimes be met with skepticism, especially around transparency and pricing. With that said, I fully trust Royal KIA with my vehicle. I always feel heard, respected, and taken seriously.
